I do NOT work at Palms N Paws. I feel they need people to spread the word about them so people know we have a Animal Shelter Located right here in Twentynine Palms.

Please don't judge a dog behind bars, take them out and let them show you their personality before judging if that dog would be right for your home. Sometimes you can take a dog home for a overnight visit to see if it would work out. The people that work at Palms N Paws are 100% Animal Lovers and do a great job :) I know our local shelter is one of the best and a lot better than some I've seen and smelt. If you can fit another dog or cat into your household stop by and see if one of them is right for you! For being such a small town so many dogs get dumped at our local Animal Shelter and they deserve forever homes. Palms N Paws gets around 200 cats and dogs A MONTH.

The adoption fee is $123.00 for a dog and $83.00 for a cat. The fee covers the adoption, city license, the first round of shots, health checkup at the the local vet, $50 voucher for a dog or a $30 voucher for a cat which is good towards the price of getting them spayed or neutered, 1 month of ShelterCare Pet insurance for $1, Home Again Microchip, the first year of registration and a starter kit.

Head east on 29 Palms Highway, turn right on Adobe Road, turn right on Sullivan Road and left on Bullion Ave. For an after hour emergency please call the Sheriffs Dept. at 760-367-9544

Lost and Found

If you have a lost pet make sure you contact Palms N Paws immediately at 760-367-0157. If you found a pet please contact Palms N Paws so if the owner calls them they know where to send them. ONE IN THREE PETS WILL GET LOST IN ITS LIFE!!! Always keep tags on your pets, not only does it help to identify them, but it also makes sure they get medical attention if they get in an accident. Vets won't treat strays that don't have tags.
